These Terms govern access to wielrmo.com and purchase of online courses from WIELRMO Corp.

1. Company and services

WIELRMO Corp. operates the WIELRMO platform: self-paced courses in programming, AI, design, digital marketing, business management, and data analytics with hands-on projects — not live mentoring, degrees, or employment placement.

2. Eligibility

Purchasers must be 18+ or the age of majority; otherwise a parent or guardian must buy.

3. Orders and pricing

Catalog prices are starting prices in USD. We confirm SKU, scope, and total before payment. Taxes may apply. Fraudulent orders may be cancelled.

4. Delivery and license

After payment we deliver access or files to your email. License is personal, non-transferable. Desk Pass lasts for the paid billing period. No redistribution or resale.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping beyond personal use, no removing copyright notices, no reselling materials, no malware or abuse.

6. Disclaimers

Provided “as is.” No employment, income, ranking, or ROAS guarantees.

7. Liability

Liability limited to amounts paid for the relevant SKU in the prior twelve months, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

Commonwealth of Kentucky and U.S. federal law; venue in Kentucky unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
